In 1997 I purchased a Californian bungalow to live in, which the real estate agents “humorously” described as “renovate or detonate”.
The house was in a good location and well sited but had been used as a rooming house and had not had any maintenance on it for almost 40 years.
With the knowledge that I could rely on Percy Giuffre, a builder with the knowledge, commitment and dedication to first class workmanship, I had the confidence to tackle this project. I know this because he had carried out renovations for me and my family on several houses.
